IMS Enterprise <cohort> tag error. Course level groups no longer supported

      Moodle throws an error and exits the parsing of the IMS Enterprise XML file when it is processing the <cohort> tag. Previous versions 1.9x, including the Minted plugin, processed this tag to create and assign groups within a course.
