We have reproduced the problem on Linux, Mac and Windows using Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer

Unable to expand the navigation and settings menu tree using the keyboard to focus and activate the hidden hyperlinks. Without this the user can't access to some pages without using the mouse or a screen reader, which proves to be a problem to some users with disabilities.
