Ressource activities have a setting: Require activity description on/off
Why is this not available for activities? If it is an option for IMS CP, it also should be used for SCORM. And what about other activities?

For my understanding often its not quite clear if 'yes' means ticked or not ticked.
May be its easier to name it Default: Yes (marked) or Default: No (not marked)

Explain the differences between server file, upload a file, recent and privat files and file system repositories. This is not self explanatory. Add this information to all setting pages for these repository types and to the overview page.
