Navigation block link to topic/weekly sections

      1. Log in as a teacher
      2. Browse to a course that is using the topic format.
      3. Check that the topic sections in the navigation arn't links
      4. Browse to Settings > Appearance > Navigation and turn on navlinkcoursesections
      5. Browse back to the course
      6. Play with the navigation jumping between topics
      7. Make sure you expand topics via AJAX
      8. Browse into modules

      This is a pass if the topic is highlighted if you zoom in on a topic, and that the topic is open if you are browsing modules.

      Description

      In the navigation block the option 'Generate Navigation for ' - 'Categories, Courses and Course Structures' has no effect.
      If this option is used the course topic/week should be linked and open for the users.
