Description
When configure a grade lesson with a scale, the item form this lesson dont show in a gradebook. If change the grade option to a number, the grade lesson item show again in a gradebook report. This issue dont show in a assignment activity.

I think the same, but didn't become to normal behaviour after the last update (2.0.2+ (Build: 20110303)) reached one hour ago. The same configuration in a Assignment work fine, the gradebook show its item calification selecting numerical grade or scale grade.

Ive made some changes that at least get the lesson module to appear in the gradebook when you select a custom scale. However, Im not particularly familiar with the lesson module. If anyone who knows it reasonably well is able to test this doesn't have any nasty side effects that would be great.
Raised MDL-26839 (receiving an error while trying to grade an essay within a lesson). That bug doesnt seem to be related to this fix as I was able to reproduce it with or without my changes.

This bug reappears in version 2.1.1
If numeric grades work then scales should definitely work.
