      Description

In the Git repository, a number of arbitrary files have permission 755 (executable).

These are all across the repository, but for example, see:

      git ls-tree master admin/

The correct permission would be 644 for all files except a very few which may be intended to be executable (eg something in filter/tex...).

This should be corrected so that only the files which are intended to be executable have that permission.

For information about git configuration, see::

      http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1580596/how-do-i-make-git-ignore-mode-changes-chmod

(However note that I think this setting is default on windows.)

Done, the repo was fixed we are going to verify the permissions before each weekly release (if we do not forget....).

          Thanks a lot!

The 1.9.x and older branches are not going to be fixed for now...
