First of all, these general testing instructions should be applied to multiple areas where the RSS block can be added (for example, course page, site page, admin page, anywhere else you can think to add the RSS block). In addition please test the Admin > Plugins > Blocks > Block RSS Feed settings, and check links there.

      1. Add the RSS block.
      2. Click on 'Configuring a Remote news feed block' link for the block.
      3. Click 'Add/edit feeds'
      4. Add a new RSS feed (eg. http://www.rss-specifications.com/blog-feed.xml).
      5. Click on the 'Back' link.
      6. Ensure the link returns to the block settings.

      Second testing instructions:
      do steps 1-4
      5) Click the link 'Remote news feeds' navigation link in header bar
      6) Test this returns to correct place.

    Description

      1) I added a new RSS block in a course
      2) I clicked RSS block settings
      3) I clicked "Add/edit feeds"
      4) I added a new RSS feed
      5) I see the list but I'm unable to return to step "2" , directly

This is very confusing for the teachers
Please add another button next to "add new feed" which will take us back to the RSS block settings
