Issue 5. https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-22467 the resetting of assignment due dates over the course of DST during backup/restore is still an issue for us on 2.5. We are in America/Los Angeles Timezone and every time we do a restore into a period of time that contains a switch in the timezone our assignments are being adjusted in the restore process by 1 hour. Coming up, March 9th, our course assignments are rewritten with a due date 1 hour later than they should be.

Perhaps my issue isn't related to number 5 but and is more related to number 2 but it is a separate issue with DST during backup/restore.
        Steps to create test...
        1. Set your server to a time zone that shifts with DST. America/Los Angeles for instance...
        2. Backup and restore a course with assignments that have correct due-dates - to a new date/time that overlaps the upcoming time change (ie. March 9 is coming up)
        3. After the course is restored all of your assignment due dates will have shifted by 1 hour, forward in the case of spring, or backward in the case of fall.

Courses that have this occur require manual editing of every assignment/quiz with a due date. This can be quite cumbersome.
