Non clickable elemenst in breadcrumb navigation confuses users

      1. Log in as an admin
      2. Check that linkadmincategories is disabled
      3. Check that the Admin tree in the settings block only links to pages.
      4. Browse to a couple of settings pages
      5. Make sure they are still displayed properly
      6. Enable linkadmincategories
      7. Check that the Admin tree now links everything
      8. Browse to a couple of the categories (branches)
      9. Make sure that categories are displayed properly
      10. Browse to a couple of settings pages
      11. Make sure they are still displayed properly

      User expect that breadcrumb navigation elements are clickable. Otherwise they don't make sense for them. Some elements are not clickable like 'Courses' 'Site administration' 'grades' 'Names of topics'

      Ideas:
      1. Site administration settigs to hide them as option. Similar as option in 1.9 to hide activity type title.
      2. make them clickable: Show/open new small window: list of my courses or similar.
