      Description

User upload does not recognise Template Syntax for e-mail and causes duplicate field error. This used to work file in Moodle 1.9 . Am attaching the file I used which contains only username, password, firstname, lastname . I have been using template syntax for e-mails which used to work fine with Moodle 1.9.

Am also pasting the template I used for email "%f.%l@moodletest.in" (without the quotes)
