Messaging over email ignores messaging->email setting

      Description

      While testing PULL-513, it was detected that messages sent over email are always being sent to user->email and not to the email setting available in the messaging configuration.

      Nothing else and nothing more

      To Reproduce:

      • set one user to have different email addresses in user->email and messaging->email and enable email for direct messages.
      • sent one message to him/her.
      • error: the message is sent to user->email, ignoring completely the messaging->email.

          Hi Glen. I think this issue was resolved as part of MDL-26185. Let me know if I'm wrong and I'll reopen this.
