Quiz feature "Group/user overrides" should be available to other activities and resources as well

      Setting exceptions (overrides) to a quiz for certain students is a great and much needed feature and is very easy to set up via the "settings" side menu.

      Unfortunately, this feature seems only be available on quizzes. It would be very useful to have it available for other activities and resources too, as teachers usually have in every course some students which need special treatment.
