Add function for real anonymous glossary entries

      The glossary style (without authors) makes teacher think that author is total invisible, but its only invisible if the glossary entry is shown.

      The tab 'by authors' shows the authors and their entries in every case.

      Sometimes it is required that glossary entries are really shown without authors. So it should be possible to defined by glossary settings that the tab 'by authors' is completely hidden for students/teacher.
      For a simple glossary it will be sensefull to hide the other tabs also.

      Hiding the tabs by CSS in theme is not a solution because it works for all glossaries.
