Improve SCORM quiz reporting

      The reporting in SCORM for quiz style questions is very limited - Some SCORM objects don't even pass the information back to Moodle, but where they do in the standard way, we should provide a way to view these responses in a clearer manner -

      would be good to look at the way the Rustici Cloud presents reports:

      and see if we can do something similar - also the Kineo SCORM report plugin might give a few ideas too.
