I tried to search if there was an issue opened on this subject but couldn't find any right off the bat. My suggestion would be to add AJAX calls on the Save buttons for the Maximum Grade and the Grade for each question instead of doing it as POST form. That would save on the time it takes for the page to reload after the submission. If a teacher has a bunch of question and they need to change the grade for lots of questions it can become time consuming (A "Save All" button at the bottom of the question grades would be good too). And a notification should appear next to the button indicating whether the grade has been saved...either a floating text or a icon.
Not sure if this is an issue that will be addressed in 2.1...
