      Description

The html editor inserts a ? into empty form fields. For example if you edit an activity and want to keep the description field empty you have to go to the source editing mode and delete the ? by hand. Otherwise there will be a strange empty box displayed on the activity page (Moodle uses the test of whether the desription string is empty to decide whether to print the box or not). I think this should be fixed before the release of Moodle 1.5

Just added fix for this. It starts at line 598. I made a test before the content is submitted.
