      This is one followup of MDL-27386

      While looking at the detailed report of the lesson activity, some improvements/fixes were detected as necessary:

      • How/what does it show if no user is specified? Has sense?
      • How essay answers are shown (missing format-xxxx support?)
      • Not to show not visited pages...?

      Needs review and proper fixing...ciao
