      Once all the refactor of quiz + qtypes has landed, it's very important to perform complete QA tests of all the new stuff.

      This task is one reminder for that and one place to share important points / ideas about what should be tested.

      Assigning to Helen, surely this will end added to the QA project and deleted from here.
