Restoring essay questions from 2.0 to 2.1 does not work

      1. Create a course in Moodle 2.0 with some essay questions.
      2. Back it up
      3. Restore it into 2.1.
      4. Verify that you can use the restored essay questions (e.g. try previewing or editing them.)

      Need to do something if the <essay> tag is not present in the XML, which is a challenge with the new restore system
