    Description

      To make good use of the facilities introduced in MDL-27600, you need to be able to work out the right $beforekey, in situations where the list of children in the navigation may vary a lot depending on the capabilities of the user.

      Therefore, I am proposing to add a get_child_keys to navigation_node. I need this for MDL-27908.
