Cloze question decode and verify corrupts page in Moodle 2.1

      Create a cloze question and click on the Decode and verify the question text button.
      Verify visually that the page look OK.
      Validate the HTML. (E.g. using the Firefox developer toolbar Tools... -> Validate local HTML.)

    Description

      After clicking decode and verify in a cloze question in Moodle 2.1 the page reformts in a funny way and there is no way to then Save the changes. I have attached before and after screen shots.

      This is one of the reasons I failed MDLQA-1032.
