Filter - Global glossary filter does not work for course category description

      1) As admin enable global glossaries
      2) Create a global glossary
      3) Create a term and make sure to check the option for autolink
      4) Create a course category with a description including the term
      5) View the course category (course/category.php) with editing off
      6) notice that the term is not highlighted for linking to the glossary

      When looking at a course category description - the global glossary filter is not running against the description text.
