Date restriction of rated forum produces rating error

If you restrict a forum so that posts will only be rated between time/date A and time/date B, an error occurs when an individual post is rated.

The error is a browser produced error that states "That is not currently available"

If you turn off the date restrictions, and try to rate the forum, the error does not occur.
