      Description

By default, when students who are dropped are re-added, "Recover user's old grades if possible" is off by default. Two things:

      1. It would be nice if the Manual Enrollment Plug-in configuration page gave an option to run the grade restore API with every add by default. If this was enabled from the plug-in configuration page, then the checkbox should also be checked by default.

      2. The phrasing is bad. Would the phrase "Recover user's old grades if user previously posted activity in course" be better. The "if possible" makes it seem like there is just a chance that the grades will come back, so your class might be screwed.
