1. Set one of your courses to use a different theme from the site theme.
2. Go into a quiz in that course, or just into the course question bank, and preview a question.
3. Verify that the preview pop-up window uses the course theme, not the site theme.
You can do the same test using force langauge instead of theme, or filter settings.
