Bad string in quiz upgrade from 2.0 to 2.1

      2. Look for the progress bar like the one in the screenshot here, and check it now says something like 1/1.

      I got an unprocessed string (missing i guess) in the upgrade script for quizzes from 2.0 to 2.1
      This happened in integrations git after installing fresh from 20_STABLE, creating a quiz with some attempts, switching to master branch and running upgrade script. Specifically, I was following testing instructions on http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-28035
