      2/ test all 3 options and make sure the username is remembered accordingly

      How explicit does the instructions in Moodle need to be? Is it compliant as many UK Government websites are requiring a box that needs to be ticked to allow access.

      It needs to be turned off with internal networks if cookies are required.
