dml write exception when restoring 1.9 course in 2.1. when Lesson module contains essay questions

      • in the same 2.1 course where restore failed add a new lesson activity
      • the lesson activity imported with restore appears

      However, we did not not test if the 'reappeared' lesson activity may have troubles or issue due to the previous dml exception.

      Description

      issue related to restoring lessons activities form 1.9 to 2.1. The problem appears when lessons to be restored contains essay questions. Moodle 2.1.1+ (Build: 20110803).

      To reproduce the bug

      1. on a 19.13+ build Moodle 1.9.13+ (Build: 20110803) create a lesson activity with at least 1 essay question
      2. make a backup of the course without user data, selecting only the lesson activity
      3. access a Moodle 2.1 (2.1.1+ (Build: 20110803) and create a course
      4. upload and restore backup in the just created 2.1 course
      5. the restore ends with the mentioned dml exception error
