RSS Feed Block incorrectly shows feed items that contain quotes (")

      Add the following feed: http://www.rjerz.com/misc/moodle_feed_quote_problem.xml. Then add an RSS block to a course and pick this new feed. You will see the problem.

      I have attached a picture showing the above feed in Firefox, and to the right, how this feed appears in Moodle 2.1. I will keep my demo feed available on my website for experimentation.

      This problem does not occur in Moodle 1.9.12 and earlier.
