load the SCORM object CM-01 from the ADL 2004 tests available here: https://github.com/mayankgupta/moodle_scorm_test_harness/blob/master/ADL2004/LMSTestCourseZipPackages/LMSTestPackage_CM-01.zip?raw=true Enter the SCORM - verify that "activity 2" and "activity 3" still appear in TOC but you cannot navigate to them by clicking on the link in the TOC Also verify that the Navbar has the "next" button isn't clickable. Ideally you should do this test with the 2004 ADL test Harness but it's probably sufficient to just load it normally as you can test this without needing the full Test harness in place. Also - check another SCORM like this one: http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?d=50&rid=1658 and make sure the navigation buttons are still available and all the items in the TOC are clickable
