Missing arrow for custom menu sub-content in Nimble theme

      1. Log in as an admin
      2. Select Nimble theme from Them Selector
      3. Browse to Settings > Appearance > Theme settings
      4. Add a custom menu (just copy paste the example)
      5. Test to see is horizontal and vertical menu sub-menu indicator arrows are visible when hovering over sub-menu items in Firefox, Chrome + IE9.

      Description

      In Nimble theme, arrow image that used to indicate sub-content is not display (also tested by changing the background color).

      This issue occurs in all tested browsers: Chrome v.13, firefox v.4, IE7, IE8 and IE9.

              Tested on Firefox and Chromium running Ubuntu 12.04
              Tested on IE9 running Win7
              On branches master, 2.2 and 2.1

              This landed upstream some hours ago (some - me - developer fell slept in the sofa yesterday before spamming this).
