qengine.js gives an error in Internet Explorer

      Using Internet Explore
      1. Attempt a quiz that is set to adaptive/immediate/interactive mode, so each question has its own Check button.
      2. Scroll down a bit.
      3. Answer a question and click Check.
      4. The page should reload scrolled to exactly the same position. There should be no JavaScript errors.

      You may also wish to test Firefox and Chrome, to verify that this change has not broken things there.
