        running the auth/db/cli/sync_users.php via cli seems to add users, it doesn't say anything about deleted users or modified users.

        i cannot see any users added when i browse the users list - i'm not sure if i should (test instructions weren't too clear about that).

        updating and deleting(well i don't know if anything was added) don't seem to be working on integration via cli for me.

        below is output of script after modifying external table (deleted one user and modified another, both not picked up it seems)

        it looks like something is wrong in your machine, it lists the changes for me fine
        I am going to fix a problem with undefined '$sudo' now
