TinyMCE spell checker does not use proxy settings

XMLWordPrintable

Spell checking in TinyMCE fails when behind a proxy server as it does not use your $CFG->proxy_* settings for the curl requests.

Attached is a patch adds this.

As an aside, is there any need to have the google spell calls done server-side? Couldn't they be done by the client with javascript? I guess that's more of a question for the TinyMCE people.
