      Description

      When I register new terms written in Japanese, glossary view are garbled.

      I think this is because of the following code in `mod/glossary/view.php'.

      /// Setting the pivot for the current entry

      $pivot = $entry->pivot;

      if ( !$fullpivot )

      { $pivot = $pivot[0]; }

      This should be

      $pivot = substr ( $pivot, 0, 1 );

      Unfortunately, glossary module of the current version is useless in Japanese ;_;

        Changed. Both in print.php and view.php.

        Please check it under Japanese...

        TIA and ciao

        I've tested 1.4.4+ (moodle-latest-16.tgz, 2004-04-18), and both view.php and print.php works fine under Japanese.

        TIA
