When editing a section summary, the "use default section name" box is ticked by default. This causes the "section name" field to be disabled. However, the section name field remains white so it appears as if it is still functional. This can be confusing for users who do not immediately understand why they cannot focus on that field.

Some greying-out is implemented, but it is only text that already appears in this field that is grey. Since the default state of this field is disabled, there will be no text in this field when the user first encounters it.

To reproduce:

• Create a new course
• Click the "edit summary" button on the top section
• Try to type into the "section name" field
• Tested in Standard and Formal White themes

Proposed solution:

• Have the field itself go grey when it is disabled.
