enrol/imsenterprise/settings.php throws a fatal error when calling admin_get_root() from a contributed plugin

      With the latest Moodle build >= 2.1 Install http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?d=13&rid=5036 Admin block -> Server -> Package a flavour

      Sorry because I can't provide more detailed info about the problem, to be concrete the problem was detected testing the GSOC 2011 Moodle flavours project, since this last week it crashes trying to instantiate the imsenterprise_roles class due to a previous require_once() with a relative path (patch attached)
