      1. open file pciker
      2. Select a repo from left which has "view as list" option (ex :-recent files ,private files)
      3. Select "view as list"
      4. try to select a file from right panel just using tabs (do not click)

    Description

      Accessibility is poorly managed by "view as list" tab in the file picker. It is almost impossible to traverse and select a file from the tree without actually clicking it with mouse. So someone who is using a screen reader can never actually use this part of the file picker.
