Modify Afterburner custom menu to allow auto format of top level menu items

      1. Select Afterburner theme from the Theme Selector
      2. Set some custom menu items in Themes Setting
      3. Check that all the menu items are displayed in a non-fixed way, meaning each item, whatever its length, is displayed using the minimum of space, and that the drop-down sub-menu items are shown opening out to the right.

      Because Afterburner custom menu is a modification of the default custom menu in Moodle, it uses a totally different set of CSS styles than the norm. I have since discovered a way to allow the menu items to auto format thus moving away from the fixed position which they are present.
