Invalid state passed to moodle_page::set_state. We are in state 3 and state 3 was requested.

      Create Database Activity.
      Choose Predefined Set right after.
      Select a predefined set and click the "Choose" button.
      The next page loads fine but if you scroll down I see what is attached with the photo.

      Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: Invalid state passed to moodle_page::set_state. We are in state 3 and state 3 was requested.

      Selecting a Predefined Set in the database activity causes an error to appear on next page as seen in the screencap.
