The problem is that apd does not seem to be maintained both in Moodle and in Pecl - at the same time we have support for xhprof and xdebug. At the same time we can remove the Getopt lib that is violating GPL because it is using PHP 3 license. (Library is licensed when it contains licenses in it, not when somebody mails somebody anything.)
