      Description

While restoring a course as new course, a temporary course is created with name "Course restoration in progress". This happens in second stage of restore and this temporary course remains, if uses exist without completing restore. Please analyze the exact life cycle of this temporary course so that it can be removed later via cron or some other user setting.
