File Resource uses custom embed code

At the moment the resource module uses its own embed code rather than using filters to carry the embedding.

This caused a problem for us as we wanted to use a standard non-core embed filter across the site the resource module was then inconsistent. Sam M has mentioned the OU have a similar issue.
