Upload single file assignment does not permit updating of response files

      Description

      1. Create upload single file upload assignment
      2. Submit file as student
      3. Login as teacher, add a response file. Save
      4. Revisit as same teacher or another teacher in the courses.
      5. Only option for response file is download. No facility to add.

      The ability for any teacher to manage/add further files is present in advanced uploading of files. It should be here too.

        I'm closing this issue as it has been inactive for over a year has been recorded as affecting versions that are no longer supported.

        This is being done as part of a bulk annual clean-up of issues.
