Created an assignment with rubric that has 4 levels points with 1 as the lowest point and 5 as the maximum points (attached image).

On an attempt to grade an assignment to level 1, the assignment grade is display as 0/100 (attached image)

I'm not sure if this is expected? But I think the grade should be greater than 0.
