Site reports -> course participation seems broken and possibly shouldnt be there at all

      There is a course participation report at Home > Site pages > Reports > Course participation. Its existence seems odd. It would make sense if it allowed you to select a course or to view activity participation across several courses.

      "Activity module" never has anything but "Choose..." in it. I cant get the report to ever show any data.
