      Description

There are a couple of minor regressions from the report plugin that I spotted today.

      1. The grade link in a users course profile within navigation under reports is missing the users id from it's parameters.
      2. The course/user.php file no longer sets PAGE->url

Whoever decided one week was worth 14 days had really one bad idea. Anyway, the nightmare is over, so thanks for your, once again, amazing contributions. Many, many thanks!

Now... disconnect, relax and enjoy the next days, yay!

        Closing...ciao
