Description
Some glossary ordering issues have been identified. As you know, system locale setting affects the database collation order setting (LC_COLLATE for Postgres) set at the postgres cluster creation point. If 'C' or 'POSIX' locale have been used at the point of postgres cluster creation time, it will affect database sort order and indexes. This has a direct impact on glossary in particular, as the order of items display becomes:
A
B
C
a
b
c
if C locale is in use.
This is likely the issue for MySQL too, as it has similar settings.
