google docs listed 3 times for some reason when retrieving a file from the google docs repository

I enabled the google docs repository using these instructions. http://docs.moodle.org/21/en/Google_Docs_repository
Then conducted this test MDLQA-1456

It worked but as part of the authorization process I was shown a screen that listed google docs three times which just seemed a bit weird. screenshot attached.
