    Description

We have a large number of suspended Moodle users, for whom we have turned off email, by setting the flag mdl_user.emailstop = 1. Having upgraded to Moodle 2.05, from Moodle 2.01, we have found that all these users have had their emailstop flag reset to 0. Checking the logs, it is quite clear that this happened on the day that we upgraded.
